Is software support included with managed IT?
Yes. Software support is included with our managed IT services. We don't nickel-and-dime you for every support call or charge extra when you need help with QuickBooks vs. Microsoft. One relationship, one bill, full support.

Do you offer software support without managed IT?
No. Software support is part of our managed IT services. We've found that supporting software in isolation - without understanding your network, your users, and your overall environment - leads to finger-pointing and poor outcomes. We support the whole picture or not at all.

What software do you support?
We provide Tier 1 support for virtually any business software - Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Adobe, industry-specific platforms, and more. If it has a support line, we can work with it. The better question: what do YOU use? Tell us, and we'll confirm.

Do you support industry-specific software?
Yes. We support legal practice management software like Clio and PracticePanther, healthcare EHR systems, accounting platforms like CCH Axcess and Drake, nonprofit donor management like Bloomerang, and other industry-specific tools. We've seen most of them.

What if we use software you've never seen?
We learn. Every platform has documentation, support resources, and patterns. If you're using something we haven't seen before, we'll get up to speed. That said, after years of supporting businesses across multiple industries, we've encountered most of the major platforms.

What if the software doesn't have a valid support contract?
We need vendors to do their part. If you're running software without paying for the vendor's support - hoping to save money by having us figure it out - that's not something we can help with. We coordinate with vendors; we don't replace them. Keep your support contracts current, and we'll make sure you get value from them.

Can you build custom software for us?
We don't do custom software development. We support, integrate, and automate existing platforms. If you need custom development, we can recommend partners - but that's not our lane.
